г As to paddling knots - well then. How about the Blood Knots (Fishermans Knots) / Fig 8 / Bowline / Round Turn and 2 Half-hitches / Clove Hitch / Munter (Italian) Hitch / Artillery Hitch / and various prussicks and rope based pulley systems. BTW can you see Kimmeridge Bay from the top of Corfe Castle ???. https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc31.pdf You have been told. Personal impact of poor access on paddlers https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc8.pdf г г The rain is falling in South Wales at the moment and the prospects for the weekend are looking good again!!! Its good to finally get out on some good rivers again but here is hopeing we don't lose anymore boats!!! I think the problem with the specsavers ones is that it is very hard to get them the right way round, compared to the boost lenses -you could see whether the boots lenses were inside out or not very easily. I find that if my lenses feel a bit funny when I put them in, they're more likely to come out when paddling. Usually I can just blink them back in, so it's not a problem, but when I get a job I'm going to go back to the boots ones I think. https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc37.pdf www.billmattos.com/webcam.html https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc8.pdf Did the Tryweryn on Sunday from above campsite wave and down. https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc30.pdf What did you paddle today? (sunday?) Well at least for once there might be a discussion in CoDe on something other than how short-boats are destroying paddling technique.... Bring on the arguments! ;-) г г https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc12.pdf Can I collect my free pint now? It is well used but in good condition with no major damage and I am based in South Wales but may be able to deliver depending on Location. https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc21.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc25.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc24.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc17.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc27.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc13.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc10.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc7.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc40.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc33.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc3.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc34.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc4.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc36.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc29.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc21.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc2.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc15.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc8.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc11.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc28.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc9.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc26.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc20.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc19.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc37.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc6.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc1.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc35.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc23.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc39.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc22.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc18.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc38.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc12.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc16.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc5.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc30.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc32.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc14.pdf https://engineering.umass.edu/sites/default/files/webform/doc31.pdf Read the Tees access agreement. No mention of the section between middleton bridge and baranard castle. So I assume access is fine, but still none at Eggleston? Social impact - organisations out there use the outdoors as a personal and social development tool working towards the governments social inclusion strategy. The poor access situation is detrimental to this strategy as it puts limitations and constraints upon young peoples development and progression. The poor access situation necessitates the need to travel great distances. The young people targeted by the social inclusion strategy are therefore denied access to the sport and any development (personal - skills etc, and social - sense of community and belonging, ownership of the natural environment etc etc...). |
