е I would love to claim responsibility for the kickflip, but I would be lying - correct Chas it was Ben and it is the first one I have seen him do after plenty of unsuccessful attempts - nice. Unfortunately, that seems to be the feedback from a lot of coaches who I talk to. The current system, as I see it, is inherently flawed to discourage coach development along the assessor lines? Keep going though mate! Seems I have my priorities wrong. I'm concerned that maintaining a reasonable standard of performance at work and keeping up paddling regularly simply don't fit neatly together any more. I need to put first things first before the paddling begins to have a detrimental effect on my work. So...as soon as I get back I'll start on that resignation letter. Problem solved. Phew, that problem was worrying me for a moment. Now...off to the Dart! |
