„s „u As I„m fairly new to paddling I need to ask a few daft questions in order to find out all the tricks of the trade that you lot have probably known for years. First of all, how do short sighted people manage? I wear contact lenses which get washed out every once in a while and I„ve always got my eyes shut when I„m underwater. Any tips for good vision? Does everyone shut their eyes underwater? If you leave them open do you ever have any trouble with eye infection when water quality is not too cracking? Does anyone paddle with specks? Before I get flamed...I've actually had permitted access for these high water runs (this weekend too!), due to always having someone in the group who was organised last August or whenever tickets were up for grabs. https://www.geo.arizona.edu/sites/default/files/webform/448-easy-robux-rbxoffers-earn-free-robux-448-mc.pdf
Funny thing is, water levels are relatively moderate on Dartmoor compared to South Wales. How do you do the smiley faces?? https://www.geo.arizona.edu/sites/default/files/webform/418-t-easy-robux-today-roblox-generator-2020-418-xa.pdf
„s Well, a low comes in across the Atlantic - the southerly winds build up - the swell rises - and we get whopping surf - yippee !!!!. Does your body position not change at all? I find that hard to believe (but if you say it's the same for you, then I believe it's the same for you) have you consciously made a mental check of you technique to compare them? I find that if I paddle my boat 'normally' the nose buries :( , to counteract this I lean back slightly, although it has been suggested that lifting the boat on an edge can also allieviate this problem (I've only compared this on flat water - I don't think I lean back on moving water as the back tends to get grabbed a lot anyway! - counteracting the burying action?). This is what I meant by different techniques to create a more efficient paddle stroke (In a larger boat I can lean slightly forward in order to use more of my body in the stroke) https://www.geo.arizona.edu/sites/default/files/webform/448-easy-robux-rbxoffers-earn-free-robux-448-mc.pdf

Unfortunately, that seems to be the feedback from a lot of coaches who I talk to. The current system, as I see it, is inherently flawed to discourage coach development along the assessor lines? Keep going though mate! The more 'sensible' coaches we have the better the system becomes?
