The loyalty programme has 27 million members worldwide, of which, more than 32,000 are founding members who joined the programme in 2000 and are still active. Emirates Skywards also has a collaboration with The Dubai Mall, rewarding Skywards Miles members while shopping at more than 1,300 brands, eating at more than 200 outlets, and visiting the largest shopping destination in the world. Members of Emirates Skywards Silver, Gold and Platinum have had their tier review dates extended to allow their current status for an additional 12 months. The loyalty program also extended the validity of any Skywards Miles due to expire until 31 March 2021, from April 2020.
